“Where do we live? What kind of work do we do? What are our job titles? How well or how poorly are we paid? How satisfied are we, and where do we see ourselves going?” 83.8% are male? Wow. I didn’t realise it was so male-dominated. It kind of makes sense though, seeing as I am the only female in a team of 4 at my own workplace. Where are all the female web nerds?
